Melted is setting out from Ankara to introduce you to the "NoiseRock" universe, which branchedout into various genres at the end of the '80s and the early '90s, evolving from boundless origins. Inspired by the boundary-pushing style of The Velvet Underground, Melted channels this legacy into a rich tapestry of innovative song forms and sonic exploration.
With a fearless blend of discordant harmonies and distorted guitars, Melted’s sound echoes the post-hardcore ethos of influential bands like The Jesus Lizard, Drive Like Jehu, and Unwound, offering a fresh perspective on the genre's evolution. Conceptually, Melted draws
inspiration from the duality of daily life versus ideals of all sorts, unsettling to an average ear, ripping through the cliché like a buzzsaw, and unconsciously dancing around the line between wacky and sentimental, but always committing to their experimental layer fused with sonic waves of distortion.
